Therap Training Coordinator (Part-Time)

Community Options, Inc. is a national nonprofit organization providing residential and community-based services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Therap Training Coordinator to support the effective implementation and ongoing training of the Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across our organization.
This role is ideal for a technology-savvy professional who enjoys training others, analyzing systems, and driving continuous improvement.
- Schedule: 24 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed
- Location: Can be based out of any Community Options local office nationwide
- Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Therap system to ensure operational and security integrity
- Respond to requests for information, assistance, and system support
- Deliver engaging, effective training to build user competency
- Conduct individual and group training sessions (in-person and remote)
- Perform training needs analyses across the organization
- Develop instructional materials including handbooks, multimedia aids, tutorials, and reference guides
- Evaluate employee progress during training periods
- Revise curriculum and training methods to improve effectiveness
- Ensure consistent system implementation across all regions
- Analyze system data and communicate trends to the Therap Administrator
- Identify system or process improvement opportunities and collaborate on quality improvement plans
- Conduct periodic visits to regional offices to support quality objectives
- Cooperate with licensing and regulatory inspections, inquiries, or investigations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 1–2 years of related experience
OR
High school diploma with 7–10 years of related experience - 1+ years’ experience with Therap EHR strongly preferred
- Experience with the Therap Electronic Record System preferred
- Marketing or digital arts background a plus
- Flexible schedule (morning, afternoon, evening availability required)
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and presentation skills
- Technological proficiency with web-based communication and virtual training platforms
